about

Temerity was my debut album, uploaded one track every Friday until the album was out. I have no clue when the actual release dates were other than some time probably late 2014 with the tracks being produced (if you can call it that) probably between September 2014 and November 2014, but that's really just a rough guesstimate.

[In the canon, the album following this is Dream Symphony, and yes there is a Forecast Auditory Universe with all these songs in order, lol I am the author of the FAU, I'll delve deeper into that at another time, just wanted to put all that out there.]

At this point in time, I was using a DAW called Magix Music Maker 2014, and, while being limited, really properly introduced me to actual music production, composing, writing, etc. Up until this point, I had been using Audacity to make music. Yes. Audacity. It was an entirely sample-based era of my music, and to this day, I don't believe any of it has survived.

And yes, I started making music in WMM on Windows XP, with literally only two layers of audio to work with. It was horrible and I'm kind of glad my like three albums of poorly played 1-minute piano recordings with off-beat drums overlayed lazily and seminote saw bass sounds that sounded awful, lol it was a rough start for my music biz, but it's the truth.
